Having been a victim of the Kenyan 2007 post-election violence, I completely understand the pain, stress, loss of hope and all other challenges victims of conflict go through. My past experience in overcoming the problems and challenges of war drives my passion on humanitarian work. I want to listen, talk, discuss and be a part of the solution towards a world where every human is valid and legal, empowered to speak, exercise their rights and make decisions for themselves.
