Megan guides operations at Asylum Access, ensuring that the organization has the operational and structural framework to achieve its mission and vision. She oversees the organization’s planning, monitoring and evaluation efforts as well as its human resources, risk mitigation and technology strategies.

Prior to joining Asylum Access, Megan spent more than 15 years working in diverse and complex settings in the U.S. and internationally. She has worked directly with forcibly displaced populations in the Middle East, Eastern Europe and the U.S., and brings a wealth of global operations experience to the organization. 

Megan received her Masters in International Humanitarian Action from University College Dublin through the Network on Humanitarian Action (NOHA) and a Bachelor of Arts, in Sociology, from Scripps College. 

Megan is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area, USA, and spends the majority of her time outside of work, exploring the world with her little boy.
